Hi I’m Jo, an experienced Personal Assistant registered with Social Care Wales and owner of Home Support Pembrokeshire.
I offer clients support with personal care, medication , meal preparation and support in accessing the community.
I have many years of experience and am fully insured with an up-to-date DBS. I am also on Pembrokeshire County Council’s official list of support services for elderly residents in Pembrokeshire.
I am part of Planed’s Catalysts for Care micro-enterprise group. We are a group of private PA’s who can provide bespoke care packages to members of our community depending on the needs of each individual .
I can't thank Home Support Pembrokeshire enough. They are a lovely team and help with all sorts of jobs around the house.
Since my operation, I've really struggled to walk my dog Lewi. But thanks to Home Support Pembs he has a lovely walk every other day.
