We are a small company based in Pembrokeshire offering care and home help to older members of the community.
We aim to provide support to older people in our community to help them remain as independent as possible.
We offer support with personal care, medication and meal preparation. We can also support people to access the community. In addition we can provide domestic support within the home.
We offer support services throughout Pembrokeshire including home help in and around Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pembroke Dock and Narberth areas.
Home Support Pembrokeshire was created by its founder Jo Greenfield who following many years of working in Social Care noticed that many of her elderly clients not only required care support but also needed some help around the home and support accessing the local community.
Therefore she was keen to provide a service that would enable her clients to gain their independence but also to feel less isolated and lonely.
Through Home Support Pembrokeshire older people can now access a range of flexible support services, which are carefully tailored for each individual.
Our services aim to offer peace of mind to friends and family and increase the independence of some of the older members of our community.
